These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bermer Stores mobile app and customer web experience provided by Bermer Software Pvt Ltd. By using Bermer Stores, you agree to these terms and to any order, return, refund, shipping, and privacy policies linked from the service.
Use of Bermer Stores
- You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery address, and order information.
- You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs, and account access secure.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, place fraudulent orders, interfere with platform operations, or violate applicable laws.
Stores, Products, and Availability
Bermer Stores helps customers discover local stores and place orders from participating merchants. Product names, prices, images, availability, preparation times, substitutions, and store operating hours may change. An order may be accepted, modified with your consent, cancelled, or refunded if an item, store, rider, payment, address, or delivery workflow cannot be completed.
Orders and Payments
- You agree to pay the displayed product price, delivery fee, taxes, platform fees, and any other applicable charges shown before order confirmation.
- Payment authorization does not guarantee fulfilment. If fulfilment fails, eligible refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
- Cash, online payments, wallet, promotional credits, or other payment methods may be available only in supported areas and workflows.
Delivery and Fulfilment
Delivery estimates are approximate and depend on store readiness, rider availability, distance, weather, traffic, address accuracy, local restrictions, and operational conditions. You must be available at the delivery address and may need to answer calls, messages, or OTP confirmations for successful delivery.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the relevant Bermer Stores policy pages. Some food, grocery, perishable, customized, opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable unless they are wrong, missing, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise eligible after review.
Service Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, stores, delivery areas, payment methods, offers, or operational workflows at any time. We may also restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create safety or fraud risk, or harm the platform, customers, stores, riders, or partners.
Limitation of Liability
Bermer Stores is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bermer Software Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by store availability, third-party services, network issues, payment provider delays, delivery conditions, or events outside reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Bermer Stores after changes means you accept the updated terms.
